It has an engraved brass plaque on the front that says Easter 1996.Very study little basket in three colors, pink, purple and natural. The handles are operational and go up or down. Measures 3.8 x 1.8 x 1.5.My internet research says this is a Longaberger. Other research said it may have been made by Longaberger for another company. It is not signed Longaberger, although some Longabergers are not signed.
