My mom was featured on the National Geographic February 1991 Magazine (Magazine not included in this listing). New and never used. It has 4 pockets. It is adjustable around the waist. It can fit exceptionally teens and kids; it can fit an estimated ages 4 to 15 years old. Measurements are in the pictures. Only USA shipping and No international shipping.
