-SET (4 pieces): Pressure Injury Models for Wound Care Education. Includes 2 pieces of stage 3 pressure injuries and 2 pieces of stage 4 pressure injuries.-Pressure Injury: Localized damage to skin and underlying gentle tissue usually over a bony prominence or related to a medical or other device; occurs as results of intense and/or prolonged pressure or pressure in combination with shear.-Each piece 10 cm in diameter.-whole items are handmade which may result in variability of color and size. Each piece 10 cm in diameter.-All items are made from medical grade silicone for a realistic look and feel.-Use for practicing staging and assessment of pressure injuries.-Dressings can be applied and adhered to silicone as long as it is a silicone-based adhesive. Non-silicone adhesives can be applied on top of silicone adhesive contact layers.-Models can be cleansed with soap and water, adhesive remover, alcohol swabs, chlorhexidine, wound cleanser, and vinegar.
