A carved solid teak salt and pepper mill designed by Jens Quistgaard for Dansk. This curved hourglass peppermill is one of the exceptionally ergonomic of Quistgaard’s circa 60 piece collection. The mill's two main elements are reminiscent of traditional lathed objects such as doorknobs or finials, but the stacking and flaring of these shapes creates a curvaceous form that's unmistakingly grounded in modernism.
