This is a vintage art brooch.
It's a gold-tone teaspoon motif, and the scooping part is designed as a locket.
Spoons are a vintage motif for gifts given at weddings ("May you have a happy family life") and baby showers ("May your child have a prosperous life"), so the fact that it's a locket for holding a loved one's photo makes it even more meaningful.^^

Mark: ART

Size: 1.6 x 6.7cm

There are minor scratches on the metal surface. The inside of the locket is tarnished and discolored.

Please understand that this is a vintage/used item before purchasing.

ART was founded in New York in the late 1940s by Arthur Pepper. The style incorporates the decorative tastes of European antique jewelry, such as Victorian England, Renaissance Italy, and Rococo France. Its first-class and design, different from Hollywood-style accessories, have made it a hot brand among antique jewelry fans. It ceased operations in the 1970s.
