Recently bought a different fountain pen and no longer need this one. The pen itself comes with everything it was originally shipped with. The silicone grease is still about half full, and the wrench for maintenance is still in good condition. There are some ink stains in the cap and section that I couldn't clean out entirely.

The pen will come with a bottle of black fountain pen ink, specifically Noodler's X Feather Black, so anyone getting into the hobby has everything they'd need to start writing right away.
