The lecture covered key topics including the current state of the Republic Korea, the Personnel Management System, an overview of the Civil Service Recruitment and Examinations, and contemporary trends in Civil Service.

Minister KIM Seung Ho emphasized the rigorous and impartial nature of the Civil Service Recruitment and Examinations, highlighting the separation of commission members responsible for developing potential examination questions from those involved in selecting them. These members are required to remain in a secluded training center inaccessible to outsiders until after the examination process is completed.

Furthermore, Minister KIM Seung Ho highlighted the requisite skills for civil servants in the Republic of Korea, as delineated in 2023. These competencies encompass communication, comprehension, commitment, passion, creativity, innovation, ethics, and responsibility.
